Klass Law Firm member, Tim Clausen, was a presenter at the CNOS Occupational Medicine Symposium – a formal seminar for those stakeholders in the Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota Workers’ Compensation System. Tim’s presentation to the group, consisting of representatives from most of the major employers in the Tri-State area, nurse case managers, and medical providers was titled, “Legal Perspectives on The Difficult Patient / Claim”.
