Rose MacClure
Rose joined Klass Law Firm in July 2024 and is licensed to practice law in Iowa and Nebraska. Rose received her undergraduate degree from Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a paralegal working primarily in estate planning and family law.
Rose attended and graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law. While in law school, she worked a teaching assistant for Trial Advocacy and prosecuted criminal cases in Lancaster County as part of Nebraska Law’s Criminal Clinic.
Upon completion of law school, Rose joined a law firm in Chadron, Nebraska where she primarily practiced in civil and criminal litigation. She also held the position of City Attorney for the City of Hay Springs. In 2023, Rose returned to her home state of Iowa and worked as a prosecutor with the Woodbury County Attorney’s Office before joining Klass Law Firm.
Rose grew up on a farm outside of Whiting, Iowa and continues to reside in Monona County. She has spent time volunteering as a therapeutic riding instructor and has served as vice-president of the board at Windsong Equitherapy in Lincoln. In Rose’s time outside of the office she enjoys riding and showing horses and going for hikes with her two dogs.
