Jake Frier joined Klass Law Firm as an attorney in March 2025, and is licensed to practice in Iowa. Jake grew up in Colfax, Iowa, and now resides in Vermillion, South Dakota, as a proud husband and father to his amazing girls.

Jake graduated from Iowa State University with degrees in Finance and Political Science. After Iowa State, Jake attended law school at the University of South Dakota. During law school, Jake won the South Dakota Corn Growers Association Agricultural Law Paper of the Year Award. Now, Jake’s practice involves advising and representing individuals, companies, and insurance carriers in litigation and transactional matters.

Away from practicing law, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, rooting on the Cyclones, and exploring the outdoors and history of the Midwest.
