Jenny Cleveringa
Jenny earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Northwestern College in Orange City Iowa, in 2005. While at Northwestern Jenny was a member of the varsity basketball team, a Professor’s assistant, tutor, and on the Dean’s List. After undergrad and prior to attending law school, Jenny worked for the Iowa Department of Corrections and as a legal assistant. Jenny continued her education and received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2010. During law school, Jenny was an academic scholarship recipient, a Client Counseling and Negotiations Board Member; Christian Legal Society President; an officer of Delta Theta Phi, and a member of Women in Law.
Jenny has practiced law in Northwest Iowa since 2010. Jenny practices primarily in the areas of family law, real estate, corporations, probate, estate planning, juvenile law, adoption, business law and municipal law. Jenny served as a magistrate judge for approximately 7 years before joining Klass Law Firm.
Jenny lives in Sioux Center with her husband and children. Most of her free time is spent at her children’s activities and sporting events.
