Zachary Clausen
Zachary (Zac) Clausen is a partner in the Klass Law Firm Sioux City office. He handles civil litigation in state and federal courts where he represents individuals, municipalities, businesses, and insurance companies in personal injury claims, employment law claims, civil rights actions, insurance defense, construction litigation, insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith. Zac regularly tries cases to verdict and frequently appears before the appellate courts in Iowa and in front of the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Zac received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and graduated from Drake University Law School in Des Moines where he graduated with Highest Honors. During Law School he participated on the National Moot Court Team, the Mock Trial team, and served on the Drake Law Review and as a student attorney in the Drake Legal Clinic. Zac is admitted to and actively handles cases in federal, state, and administrative courts in Iowa, and state courts in Nebraska and South Dakota. He is from Sioux City, Iowa and enjoys spending time with his two children.
